well I’m not exercising 5 times a week but regularly 3-4 of the week for a while that I’ll let it be off my list for a while. I hope it’s become a habit and I dont have to put it on my list.

Holy cow, suddenly today I felt I’m fat. Haven’t had this feeling for the past 10 years. Have to do some thing about it fast!!!
Here are the few steps for the next 2 weeks (until Nov 19):
1- no more pop
2- no more chocolate
3- no more baking
4- Only 6 spoons of rice per day
5- Have 4 servings of salad per week
6- Have more servings of fruit per day
I read some one’s entry for this. S/he did a cron job alert. I’m going to try it. Any suggestions for a good posture is more than welcome
As the first step, I’m going to block my non-essential email accounts form work, starting tomorrow

well, starting June 1st, we have to pay 5 cents per bag and I just HATE it. Guess it will force me not to forget the cloth bags next time I’m shopping. I’m going to put one in my hand bag.

I’m proud to say that I reduced wasted time on TV considerably :) with French lessons, swimming and good weather there’s not enough time in the evenings to be wasted in front of TV. hooray to warmer weather :)
I’m taking lessons from Alliance Francaise so one step closer to the goal. I forgot many words, grammer rules etc but they’re coming back to me.
