I may not be 100% where I want to be, but I’m getting better. My self-esteem has increased to where I can usually stand up for myself when wronged! I go walking Alone 3 – 6 days a week and I usually have a “quiet time” Every day for Myself.
Another problem I had was saying, “no” to things I didn’t want to do. I’m now doing that in some circumstances, but could use “no” a little bit more.

Riding Lessons

I’ve taken 2-3 riding lessons, but the nearest stable is a 30-40 minute drive.
I love horses and want to become a good rider. I’d like to go riding often.

I need to lose 40-60 pounds but I’d be satisfied if I could just lose 10-20.
I know the basics – eat less and exercise more. But, when I start a diet or “Nutrition Plan”, I don’t stick with it. Sometimes I go back to “pigging out” on the same day! I’m extremely weak when it comes to sweets, i.e. chocolate. If I eat one sweet, I’ll eat a dozen.
As for exercise, I’m currently in Physical Therapy twice a week and I walk once or twice per week. I want to increase my walking and take Aquacise (Water Aerobics) or Yoga or “Learn to Dance” (Zumba maybe) when my Therapy runs out.
