How I did it: I bought the book - "Your Handwriting can Change your Life", and a thick A4 unlined pad of paper and went through the exercises. By practicing everyday for at least 10minutes (more like 20 each day) it was slow at first, but very therapeutic.People noticed that I had changed and wanted to do the same.
