However, I completely relapsed today since one of my morning classes was cancelled and I decided that it would be okay to sleep later. It all started when my alarm went off at 9:00. I got up but then thought it would be okay to give myself 30 more minutes. Anyway, this resulted in me hitting snooze about 3 times. :(

Didn’t snooze at all today. I woke up before the alarm again but decided not to look at the clock so that I wouldn’t get the urge to set my alarm for a later time.
I woke up 15 minutes before my alarm was supposed to go off and then I reset it for 15 minutes later than it was supposed to go off, giving myself 30 more minutes of sleep. I feel that this is not the same thing as pressing the snooze button so it is okay.
