I’ve been doing this aerobics class twice a week with my mom since I’ve been home. The first time I went, I was skeptical, as its a class run by an older lady. But, surprisingly, it’s a very intense workout. One hour of aerobics using a step and lifting weights. I’m moving away this week and will miss the workouts with my mom! I hope she sticks with it.
I feel great afterwards, though I really have got to start eating more as I’ve gotten sooooo skinny. High metabolism + aerobics = stick figure.

How I did it: My boyfriend and I have been cooking up a storm the past few months while we were house sitting in Boston. So many awesome grocery stores up there that have such fresh, interesting things. We made lots of new dishes and even started a cookbook. I've continued cooking since I returned, though the grocery stores here don't have anything I'm looking for :(Some of my personal favorites of things I've made:guacamolefettuccine with parsley pest… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I finally got my work photographed and created a web site to display my designs. I've gotten a bit of work from it so far. I'm definitely glad I got around to doing it. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I now remember how to use a sewing machine, and in the past couple of weeks I've sewn two dresses from start to finish, and they turned out great. Though sewing takes forever and isn't always that much cheaper than just buying something and is completely frustrating if the machine screws up, I'm hooked and am definitely continuing. Moving on up in less than a week. Starting a multimedia business together. Done and done. I am so excited!
My parents got one. Since I’ve been staying here, I’ve been using it nearly every day. It’s pretty cool. It lets me know that my balance is off slightly to the right and that I am underweight for my height. I do mostly just the strength training exercises and yoga. Surprisingly, it makes me sweat! I can tell it’s really helping me focus more on my balance and also strengthening me by making me hold poses for longer than I would on my own.
