I’ve done nothing much with this goal, although I have been taking the stairs more often I have also been walking the last bit of my commute instead of switching trains and riding (except in very bad weather)

This is easy to do in ways like giving money to charity or to a panhandler, but I need to think of other ways, too. Giving gifts is one way. Giving time to other people.

this has always been a problem for me, or maybe a difficulty is a better word. I often start books and don’t finish them. I have never finished a watercolor painting. At the same time, it doesn’t usually bother me. I would rather move on to the next project. These are hobbies, so why should I be hung up on completion? I worry that this attitude spreads to more important things.
