4 and a half weeks... 2 months ago

17 pounds lost. I was surprised, because I haven’t been doing the workouts regularly, but I have been walking to work and doing little things like that. Guess it makes a difference! 58 pounds to go!

Thanks for all the info and comments. I’ve been to the website and watched some videos and it just seems to make sense to me. I’ve tried so many churches and just haven’t found the one that feels right to me, so I’m hoping that this might be it. It’s hard to be so far away, but I’ll still try to get down there sometime. Who knows, maybe one is headed out here in the middle of nowhere!

I’d go today if I lived anywhere close to one. I live about 3 hours away from a UU church and that makes it a little tough. I have a friend who goes and loves it so much. Do any of you go? Do you love it?
