mine only started last night i think :D
did the ministry of sound dance video for half an hour and sweat was DRIPPING everywhere :D.. no joke!
and woke up at 6.45am and went for a 3.6km jog
i have never really been pushed when exercised but had a guy friend there to help.. i felt so weak and unfit though!
but i dont think ill be loosing weight quite as quick as i thought :( but im sure 5 kg will be off soon.. im hoping!
