After more than two years of not having a place to stay, just travelling around in Africa all over, it’s time for me to settle down again. I stay with my boyfriend at the moment in Cape Agulhas, close to Cape Town, but I’m longing for my own place, my own stuff and my own key. So anybody who knows a place for rent somewhere around there…

Southern Most spot in Africa
I live very close to the southern most tip of Africa and of course there’s a lighthouse as well! And the best thing about it, is actually that my boyfriend was born in that lighthouse, which makes it an even more special place for me. So yes, I’ve visited that lighthouse, more than once!

I saw REM in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, where I used to live. A few months earlier my father died. Once they started playing ‘Everybody hurts’ Michael Stipe came to sit quite close to me in front of the stage and as soon as he had tears in his eyes I cried and cried. What a beautiful song and what a beautiful way of listening to it! They rule!!
