How I did it: I never ate many processed foods, mainly I eat a natural diet at home. But when going to a friend's house or a party, all hell breaks loose. How I did it: I got 6 pumpkins and invited some friends over for a carving party! My neighbor competitively carves pumpkins, so I went over and harassed him about how to make them beautiful. How I did it: I started running. A lot. It feels good, you should see my muscular, muscular thighs. But I ate the same. I am a vegetarian, and I eat about 90% organically already, so honestly my diet isn't too bad. Before thisI weighed around 138 (eek!) and now I weigh 130. It’s so hard. I don’t know how those skinny bitches do it.. but my weight fluctuates soo much and I need to get enough nutrients to be a good tennis player. I do kickboxing Tues & Thurs, and Mon Wed & Fri I do weight training, and Monday-Friday I have tennis. I eat between 1200-1500 calories per day! What is happening here?! 135 is noo bueno. But I am keeping working and I will do what it takes!
