Yesterday, I had one of my best rides. I was kicking butt up and down hills and I didn’t fall once or complain. That my friends is a big accomplishment! So, I will give this goal until Late September when I ride in Vermont and call it done. Just so I don’t have a relapse though I plan on keeping tabs here and writing about my rides. It really does help.

I’ve been pretty good to myself lately. I’m not being as critical or down on myslef the way I was before. I’ve found that getting myself active again has really helped I think. I’m begining to accept the things I can’t change about myself but it’s not easy. The important thing is that I am trying.
Well it’s friday and so far I’ve ridden my bike 3 times this week. Yay! It’s been grueling but I pushed through it. And somehow I’ve managed to stay active the other days I’m not on my bike, it seems to make it easier cardio-wise. I don’t feel myself breathing as though I’m a chain smoker with asthma. So now the real trick I suppose is to stick with it. I guess I’ll just have to see what happens.
