I believe there’s a whole bunch of benchmarks out there – RKC challenges and the like. This one’s got to be a variant of that.
So I do supersets now in intervals of 35/10 seconds with a range of weights. I have 2 particular routines, each of 7 exercises:
KB I : R Clean / L Clean / R Press / L Press / R Swing / L Swing / Halo
KB II: R Snatch / L Snatch / Good Morning / R Pull / L Pull / DB Row / DB Swing
My goal is to be able to achieve consecutive workouts with 50/10 Splits at 4×24kg. If I can achieve that for each workout on consecutive nights that will be an achievement!
I need to get out more – and go on dates (with my wife!). I love the theatre and the cinema and live music. Between that little lot there really should be no excuse for sitting in weekend after grim weekend and getting and feeling older and older, when there’s a world of fun on the doorstep – we just need to be proactive!
