So many options open up when you do this… nothing feels better. I recommend everyone have this option. This way going to work becomes a choice and not a chore!
This is ridiculous… I got to under 195… then I ballooned to 237… now I am back on my way down. I am 229 and want to get under 225 in the next 2 weeks.
