It has laready been another six months since I last made an entry? Time really goes by fast when you have no time. I have two kids, a wife, school (the BSN program) and work full time (night shift). Wow…What’s next? I’ve already been looking at graduate school programs and what I need to do and have done before I even graduate with my BSN. Busy as ever. But things are still going well. I’m just bored with the medical-surgical unit I’ve been working on for two years now (one year as an aide and the other as an RN). I have big plans. Let’s just hope I can make them go through. I need to take a lot of science classes and get a lot of other things done in order to get to where I really want to be.

In order to go to Paris, we need to save up enough money to afford all of the expenses, of course. And we’ve recently found a way that just might help us to do that. We have opened an online shop with our own designs and witty sayings. www.cafepress.com/dragonfiend is the site. About everyday there are new products added to the different sections of the shop. We need to get more exposure though. But going to Paris has been a dream of ours for years now. But we have finally committed ourselves to doing it. It’s time to get to work and figure out how much money we need and how to make all of the reservations. We are talking about using one of the tour groups. Hopefully things will start to pick up and everythign will work out.

I said that I wanted to be in a place in my life where I could help others; What I meant by that wasthat I need to be in a place in my life to help others in a major way. I don’t want to just give them a meal, or a set of clothes. I want to really have the resources to change the course of their life. I have done some of the small things to help some people out, but I want to do more than just that.
