Ugh 16 months ago

I must say, it is absolutely impossible for me to do this one. 8 hours of sleep and college go together like oil and water. Sorry guys, I give up!

Definately worth doing, firefox simply OWNS internet explorer in all fields of play! AND it is less suceptable to viruses and adware attacks! DO IT NOW!! :p

Exercizing daily is a fight with the mind. It is a fight with your mind telling you that you don’t have time, or that you have more important things to be doing. That is why, for me, the only way to do it was to make sure that I did intesive training. In other words, a lot of work out in a little time. It is simple, but I know I can keep up with it. Every night, I do 100 Set-ups in two minutes or less, and 75 push-ups in two minutes or less. It is a simple plan, but it takes less than 8 minutes if you include stretching and what not. Hence, I cannot rationalize why not to do it, hence, NO EXCUSES!!
