I’m planning one for my little brother’s 18th birthday. He loves puzzles and I’m not going to be in town for it, so I’m going to leave him a bunch of clues to find his present. So far I don’t have many ideas for them, though.

How I did it: Eventually something happened that made everyone want to call me Bandit. I can say some pretty awkward things sometimes so one day I said something that sort of killed a conversation and I said "I'm a conversation bandit! Pew pew!"And now a few people call me bandit. I think it's a pretty cool nickname, as nicknames go. Read how I did it…
I somehow tested into level 6 French at my college. If you test into level 1-4, you need to take language classes. If you test into level 5, you are considered proficient enough to not take any more language classes, though they recommend a culture class or two. Level 6 is… well, the guy who tested me said “Level six, we don’t see many of those!”
I’m really just confused. I was sure I was going to be in level 3 at best! How can I possibly be that good at a language I haven’t studied or spoken for over a year!? I’m definitely not fluent, just confused. : /
I am already 22,000 words in, but I’m worried that I don’t feel like I’m far enough into the plot for 22,000 words. I will be cutting out quite a bit when I edit in the fall.
