I have been working on this and I am doing better. I’ve focused on being less up-tight and sensitive and I think I’m doing okay. Still needs to stay on my list thoug, this is always something important to work on.
Really worth it

I can’t believe how much I am enjoying reading the Bible but its really a lot of fun. Reading the Bible has seemed like a chore at times but now I’m reading parts of the history of characters I learned about in Sunday School it’s great. This was the best idea ever.
