I have social anxitey. So my I talked to my doctor and he put me on the right medicine. They really helped me and I’m more social because of it.



Become a vegetarian
You can do it. 2 years ago

No matter what your motives it is not hard. I stopped eating meat about three months ago and already I feel so much better about myself. I’ve lost a little bit of weight and feel mentally amazing.

And hell. Think of all the cute animals that won’t be slaughtered for your dinner.

You will feel so much more healthy cutting back. I try to only drink it on special occasions/holidays. Try drinking it only when you are out to eat and see how that goes.
