Interpol headlined a festival in Paris last week at Le Cabaret Sauvage, one of my favorite venues. It was magical to see them in a small club. They opened the show with killer track Pioneer to the falls, I was instantly blown away and remained ecstatic all the way through. Can’t wait to see them again! God, I love these guys…

Against all odds, I actually met Daniel Kessler in Paris, in St germain des prés. I got to sit down next to him at a café and tell him how much I admired Interpol. He seemed nice and polite. We spoke English but I heard him order in flawless French. I wish I could have told him so much more but I didn’t wanna bother him. Anyways, it made my day!
