day 1 I am not weighing myself for a month :) but I am going to keep track of what I am eating and hopefully after a month it will be a VERY happy weight in so today i ate:
yogurt for breakfast (100)
raisin bran cereal and they only had 2 percent milk in the cafeteria so prob around (400)
then lean pocket for dinner (250)
and cocoa via chocolate covered almonds as a snack (150)
so I think if I keep this up I should lose some weight! :-) wish me luck!

drawing is relaxing its a type of meditation the rythm of the brush or pencil as you create something beautiful I need to engage in this activity more often! at least once a week
