How I did it: I moved 2000 miles away. :) Well, not just to cook more. I moved for other reasons and my new digs include a normal person's kitchen. Where I was living before had a kitchenette: a dorm fridge, microwave, toaster oven and Foreman grill. Don't get me wrong, I still baked and cooked, but on a miniature scale. It was fun, but a little inconvenient. Read how I did it…
How I did it: The MoMA (Museum of Modern Art) in NYC had a Van Gogh exhibit with Starry Night. My mom and I were road-tripping up and down the East Coast. So awesome, and so so so worth it!! Read how I did it…
I’m sure I’ve read well over 1000 books in my life, but now I’m going to keep track! I have a lot of reading goals that overlap each other already, so why not add one more!!:)
I tend to buy books all the time and then I don’t read them all. Usually because I’m in the middle of about 5 books when I buy a new one.
I would say I have actually read a little under 50% if the books I own.
Ideally, I would finish the books I own before I buy anymore, but I’ve tried that before. I know myself and really…who am I kidding? I can’t resist buying books! :)
