How I did it: everyone I have talked ot has said that there is amazing support at every race. now i just want to do more bigger better faster :)I did Hal Higdon's training for beginners on my own. I know some people use the run/walk that they promote for the Breast Cancer Marathon (which I am doing this February). I prefer to just run to train and then walk for water restrooms, etc if needed. But to each his own. I feel like if i start walking...... it… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I just did a tandem jump from 15k feet and it was awesome. I loved it, was not too scared (I love flying in small planes, so while some people got scared on the way up, it was normal for me) and now I am vaguely thinking of going back eventually and getting certified myself. I did it in Florida just voer the Intracoastal so you could see the ocean and it was a beautiful days so you could see for miles. Once I got the finances and the time… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Kept it healthy, quit swimming so it did not break as badly and get so damaged (this was helped by a broken wrist--- cats surgery etc) Brushed it often but let it just tangle sometimes too (i have curly hair and it dreads... )but it gets bad so if i brush it too much... it just gets broken and falls out :( Read how I did it…

where part of the “uniform” is to wear lipstick and makeup, because i work front desk at an upscale spa
i’ve learned eyeliner, colors, blush etc and i’m even pretty good at concealer and stuff
i usually just do the basics for work, to brighten my face, and i hate wearing it on an everyday basis, but it feels good to be able to do it when i want to go out or dress up or just do somethign funky with colors and not look like a clown…
next stop…. liquid eyeliner!
i’ve got 1 semester left, the few i had originally i lost due to grades and changing schools, i applied for a lot more and didn’t get them… i work full time now so it seems kind of pointless now that i’ve figured out how to make it work and i’m used to it… we’ll try again for something for grad school maybe, when and if that happens
