I don’t need to lose weight; I’m 5’10” and i weigh about 120. And I’m eating raw with my mum, who is a fitness instructor who can’t lose weight. My muscle tone is good, but my cardio is shit. I have no endurance, and I’m tired of my body inhibiting me.

How I did it: It was completely by accident, really. I didn't go scouting it out, but i was camping in Merit Valley and I couldn't sleep, so I was planning on going for a walk, and I left the tent and was blown away by the veils of colour rippling across the sky. I dragged out a blanket and lay on it, mesmerized by the shimmering colours. Read how I did it…
I’m already taking bellydance classes, and have been since September ‘08. I can do so much more now than I could before, and I’m proud of myself for it, but I still can’t belly roll, and it’s driving me crazy.
