There are tough times, I’m still in my first year of owning a home, and I can say it’s been one of the most frustrating, yet rewarding, times of my life. The adjustment period varies for everyone, and if you live in an aggressive real estate market like I do, you have to make lifestyle adjustments to be able to afford a place. In hindsight, the adjustments are relatively minor, and owning a home is quite rewarding.
