ok I need to do this my journey starts tomorrow monday the 18th tomorrow im starting a super cleanse I know I will lose alot of weight on this but this is actually just to kick start my diet I will do this for 2 weeks then I will just eat healthy and workout. there is no I will try to lose 20lbs I WILL!!! and it starts tomorrow!!

I forgot to mention that im doing this as a jump start to dieting I need to lose 20lbs so im going to clense my body then start eating healthy and working out. the clense is suposed to help you lose more weight when you diet. Im excited!!!
