I'm doing 21 things
I found a great salon, the manager was suppose to call me today (I already had a phone interview with the regional manager) but being the Holiday weekend I didn’t really expect her too. It’s sort of an odd salon, they sell drug store hair products there… and salon products as well. It’s just different, for years I was taught those products are bad and I always told my clients that too… now I have to sell it to them? For me it’s bizarre, but oh well, a job is a job. The pay structure seems to be good. I went in to visit a friend at perfect look and the district manager was in there, she wanted me to work at her other location in a town over from this one. Haha… no. I don’t slave away for minimum wage or 30% commission. She is out of her damn mind if she thinks I would do that. I’m sort of scared to work at this new place, I just hate to start over… but if it doesn’t work out I can always go back to my old job.

The other day my boyfriend asked me if I wanted to drive to the store (we were taking his mom’s honda which is a manual) so I said yes, but that I didn’t want to get on the freeway. It makes my stomach roll just thinking about it. He convinced me to try it, I totally got it in 5th gear both times! Now all I have to do is figure out how to start going on a steep hill without rolling back 10 feet. This goal is almost finished!
Supposedly I will be done with community college at the end of fall quarter in 2009… that is if I don’t fail any more classes. I only failed one, but I dropped another class. I took statistics this summer to help make up for my lost time. I want to be done with this, but I don’t feel motivated enough. My GPA sucks butt, I will be surprised if I even get into the business school at WSU. My biggest problem is staying organized and balancing school work, personal life, and work. I just hope this year goes by quickly.
