I’m stuck again. I need to start running again. I ran a 5k on Saturday and finished 3rd in my age division. ran a 27:09. I want to be faster… Much faster!

How I did it: One step at a time. Just keep your mind clear and know that it is possible. Work up to this distance. You will need to drink plenty of water the night before. Also eat a little something before the run. A 1/2 banana with peanut butter provides plenty of energy. Read how I did it…
I have my regular Job and now I have a business with a partner. We are finally starting to make some money but I wonder if it’s worth it. I enjoy having some free time and getting up at 6 and not making it home until 9 is putting some stress on my family life.
11.2 more and I’ll be at my initial target weight of 200 (down from 262). I think my “Ideal” weight is 188 for my age and height. So thats 24 more lbs. I would like to get ther by my birthday (early September)
