How I did it: I finally just spent the money and took the time to go in and get fitted.It takes a little bit of time so I scheduled for it. I took my girlfriend to get opinions on how it all looked. How I did it: I got a bladder infection and just was feeling awful. One of the doctors suggestions was drinking more water and I usually try what my doctors suggest.I cut soda completely for two weeks and it hurt. Headaches, low energy and the like. I’m hovering around 195. It’s not healthy and I look fatter than I want to.
I think I’d look great at 165. Is thirty pounds impossible on my schedule? I guess we’ll see.
I have been sick a lot lately and I’m not used to that. Part of it may be the fact that I’m completely addicted to diet soda and I’m not getting enough water.
