I’m training for a half-marathon with Team in Training which benefits the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I love the support I’ve been getting! Can I call myself a runner now? My workout yesterday felt great. I started off run-walking (running for 2 minutes, then walking for 1). I moved up to 4:1 a week or so ago. I know I can run 1/2 a mile without stopping. Maybe I can run a mile without stopping? I’m moving up a wave group next week, so we’ll see!
