I want to do this is an organised way but can’t afford a gym or trainer. I hope to make a chart with my current fitness levels on (resting heart rate, recovery time etc) and try to exercise 5 times a week with an appropriate level of exercise for my age, current level etc. I want to keep a log as I hope this will motivate and encourage me as I see the change in my fitness levels written down. I haven’t got a clue how to start but I’m hoping there will be some free resources on the internet that I may use.

How I did it
How I did it: In my case I was happy when I finished 1 book as it created a space to get a book out of a storage box and put it on the shelf. The thought of being one step closer to having all of my books out and accessible spurred me on. Yes I have too many books or not enough shelves. Read how I did it…

Getting there
Its slow going as we have so many but I’m actually getting through them and all named correctly which makes listening to them later so much easier.

I gained a stone in weight after I had a hernia op, I suppose from the lack of activity. That was 6 months ago and I still can’t exercise because of pain :(
