How I did it: I was so scared because I had never had any surgical procedure done before in my mouth. After having braces they told me I needed to get them removed or else they would push all my teeth around and I would need braces again. How I did it: I signed up for the blood drive through my school. When the day came I was so nervous and I was sweating and shaking but looking back on it I see it was for nothing. I had a totally positive experience and had no issues what-so-ever. The people helped me out so much and the needle only felt like a short prick. I was expecting a lot of pain...but nope!
