Okay, so i just tried throwing my breakefast out… but i couldnt. what am i doing wrong? i just got something stuck in my throat. and this nasty taste in my mouth.. help please….!!!!!:[

Okay, so i just had dinner. I tried throwing it up, but it didnt work. What am i doing wrong? I just ended up hurting my throat…I have a question though. How long do i have to throw something out, after i eat?
