how do you let go of the past when you are living with the people who made it painful? I am unable to leave it, do i just forgive again and again?

How I did it: I started drinking at least one bottle of water, 2-3 if i could, and added tea/green tea into diet instead of coffee.Brilliantly, such benefits as improved skin happened, pretty soon after i stopped needing to pee constantly from water shock. :p Read how I did it…
