How I did it: I signed up for a class that had this as a requirement to pass the class, the day long seminar was provided by the American Red Cross. If you sign up for a class, they will show you all you need to know if you're not proficient in anatomy etc. In the end I got CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certified. Read how I did it…

So this Southeast roadtrip has garnered some more states. I’ve thoroughly explored areas in North Carolina (the coastal portion), Georgia (haven’t explored as much as I would have liked) as well as Florida (I’ll be there tomorrow and checking out all the coastal portions, down to the Everglades and up the western coastal section) yay!

So far I’ve completed a decent amount in just 2 years. Anytime I get a chance (no not with just anyone lol) I go for it. It can be at hotel/campground/etc/etc. I’ve usually take pics of the general area where the mission was completed! haha….life is to short right?
