Okay, 14 pounds released since this started on June 1st. I still need to be more disciplined and consistent about exercise though. I woke up last night aware of discomfort in my mid- back and suddenly I remembered, “Oh yeah – my body feels better when I exercise it”. I’m motivated again.
weight: loss of 14 lbs. (currently 266 lbs.)
neck: no loss
shoulders: no loss
chest: loss of 2.5” (not sure if this is accurate or not – seems like a high number to me) (currently 50”)
waist: loss of 1.5” (currently 45.5”)
hips: loss of .5” (currently 58.5”)
thighs: no loss
calves: no loss
biceps: loss of .5” (currently 16.5”)
forearms: no loss

Life’s been pretty hectic but I’ve continued to eat sensibly. I’m now down 14 pounds since June 1st (currently, 266 lbs). I still need to incorporate more exercise into each day. I will make that my goal this week and on Friday, I will measure for sure.

Thank you for the cheer to my last entry. :) I’ve released 8 pounds since last week. My current weight is 272 lbs.
I stuck to my food plan and did some exercise – the frequency of exercise needs to improve. On two separate days, I did interval walking (to a dvd – Leslie Sansome – I highly recommend her workouts) for a total of 8 miles. I also began a jitterbug (east coast swing) dance class.
I’ll take measurements a week from today.
