I would love to have fresh herbs in my garden in the summer months instead of having to buy them in the store. I’d like to start with basil, mint, cilantro,and scallions.

How I did it
How I did it: I found that often I was too tired or fell asleep before I could floss, so I decided to floss in the mornings instead. I marked off on a calendar when I flossed so I could see my progess. Now that I have done it everyday for a month, it is part of my routine and I don't have to think about it anymore. When I sit and meditate, I love it. I leave feeling lighter, calmer, and peaceful and am always glad I did. So why is it so hard to make the time to take a break from the daily routine?
I’m hoping that keeping this goal to sit and meditate for 30 days in a row will make it a habit and become part of the fabric of my life.
