Want to plant an herb garden 5 months ago

I would love to have fresh herbs in my garden in the summer months instead of having to buy them in the store. I’d like to start with basil, mint, cilantro,and scallions.

On having a consistent practice 5 months ago

When I sit and meditate, I love it. I leave feeling lighter, calmer, and peaceful and am always glad I did. So why is it so hard to make the time to take a break from the daily routine?
I’m hoping that keeping this goal to sit and meditate for 30 days in a row will make it a habit and become part of the fabric of my life.
