So last night I thought I would treat myself to some coffee with dessert. But then after thinking about it, I realized I didn’t really WANT coffee! I wanted tea! This is a big milestone for me. It has been over a month since I “kicked the habit,” although I have had a coffee or espresso drink every once in a while.

Day 10!

Except for a small mocha the other day, it’s been ten days since I stopped drinking coffee! I feel pretty good physically but I still feel like something is missing from my daily routine. I’ve been drinking green tea, which has about a third as much cafeine as coffee and is supposed to be very healthy.
Getting back into it

I haven’t done yoga in months because of schoolwork and general business, but I finally got so stressed out that I signed up for yoga class again! I’m pretty excited to start being flexible again. Going to try to do a few sun salutations every morning :)
