Hit a milestone last week. Which is good in itself, but especially good for me as was experiencing difficulties. What got me through? A personal trainer. A good personal trainer is worth their weight in gold. The personal trainer identified where my weaknesses were, and set me on a path to strengthen those areas. I attribute my progress completely to him.

So I’ve finally started training, using Kerre Woodham’s trainer’s schedule. I’m sticking to it so far. Amazingly enough. But it is only week 3. 13 more weeks to go…
