Double hand hold squats: 12 each 3 sets
Torso circles: 8 each side 3 sets
Romanian dead lift: 10 each 3 sets
Squat stand figure eight: 5 each 3 sets
Week 18: 35.81 miles – another 9 miles on the coast and I passed the thousand miles logged! Since October 20 I have logged 1,009.8 miles
Week 11: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday
Double hand hold squats 12 each 3 sets
Bent over row : 10 each side. 3 reps
Tricep press : 8 each 3 reps
Double arm swing: 15 each 3 sets

I always like Carl Hiaasen’s books and this one was good (but not his best). A send up of celebrity culture with a profoundly untalented pop singer, her scheming parents and the return of Skink.

Week 16: 42.59 miles. That includes 11.28 miles today walking around Lake Chabot in the oakland hills. The joys of a lake is that there are no short cuts. I hurt all over
