I’m glad I’m getting to know myself better, and finally be able to say that I know what I’m dealing with! It’s a long journey ahead of us… but each day will get easier and easier.
It’s impossible to pretend is not there anymore, or to ignore the signs… I’m learning to read better the same ole signs and trust my instinct better.

How I did it: Visualize your bills. Visualize all those poor Americans out of work in this economy. Keep going with the mind numbing data entry while you're visualizing this... next thing you know you'll be done! Better yet: get your mind some place fun while you still keep working on your assigned task(listening to Hip Hop music helps) Think of it as the small detail in the better picture (having a great boss, decent pay and good bene… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Just made up my mind again, realized I was mainly doing it more as a social thing, and as an excuse to cope with my unresolved anxiety... set up a date (New Year's) and did it again! Read how I did it…
How I did it: 43things helped me challenge myself to putting in writting what I otherwise just recite mentally when I say my prayers every night.. what I really like about writing 5 things I'm thankful for every day, is that when I feel down I can always go back and read previous entries and cheer myself back up! Read how I did it…
See all "How I Did It" stories...
I finally got an external drive and transfer my gazillion digital pictures and documents! PC feels much faster and lighter now… and I’m not worried about it crashing and loosing it all like it happened in the past!
:)
Been going to the gym on and off since the New Year, minus the time I was out when my last flair up of pain (herniated dic). I realized that if I wait for the motivation to come to me “magically”... it will never happen! Instead, I go to the gym anyways (literally push myself to do it), start working out… and next thing I know I find myself feeling much better both physically and emotionally (I have defeated my inner self-defeating mechanism once again!!!).
Keep doing it, keep doing it, keep doing it… eventually it will be a good habit hard to break! After all, I broke many bad habits in my life… acquiring a good one should be way easier!
I SO LOVE BEING ALIVE!
