I’m happier than ever now that I’ve escaped the concrete jungle of “Hell-A”. It’s clear I’m a woodland creature that belongs in the forest with trees and moss.

How I did it: I signed up for a distance course masters in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health. In the last year, I found out the school was closing due to "the severe economic recession." (Personally, I wouldn't be surprised if the gov't or FDA had something to do with it.) I was lucky enough to be able to finish through the same school with a teach out program, just in time for the end of the original time span… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I have to do it before I get out of bed, or else I just don't do it. It's the only way, for me. Once I'm up, I forget. Discipline is a doozy and you just have to find the way that works for you. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Very carefully. Well, actually, not very carefully at all. There's not much to it really. Open mouth, tip head back, raise arm with glass... etc etc... Read how I did it…

I enrolled in Spanish 1 just for fun at city college. It turned out to be a nightmare with a sadistic old teacher who had to leave half way through the semester and be replaced by a guy who only spoke Spanish to us. The lady only talked in English. I can’t say I remember much, a few months later. Maybe I’ll try Rosetta Stone.
