How I did it: I made a point to look into and follow up on art classes, jewelry classes, invitations, and other things of interest. The balance was actually really easy once I started paying attention to it. I got out more but didn't feel like I was obligated to do things. I was just enjoying them. Read how I did it…
How I did it: The first few weeks I just kept track of my sleep hours. After that, I was working as a dog walker, and couldn't stand the thought of being asleep in bed while some poor doggy needed to go out to the bathroom. So I started getting up. I'm still pretty worn out by the end of the day, and need to work on going to bed at the *same* time every night, but I'm happy to be consistently asleep before midnight and up before 9am. How I did it: I tried it out, and while it started off okay, within a few days, I was eating crappy food full of empty calories, but it was okay because it wasn't meat. I didn't like that at all. On top, I caught a cold I haven't been able to shake and I feel that poor eating habits are a big part of that. If you can do veg completely healthy, good for you. I'm going from here and focusing on using meat as a side or addition and not the meal as a whole. Read how I did it…
