at proffesional fitness-club ant an hour of TBC – that’s what made me happy today. I’m so tired, I can bearly move my legs, but it was worth doing it. I think I’ll do swimming once per week and TBC once a week. This sould do, at least for the beginning :)



Get my Master's Degree

I have to graduate till june. This is the most important thing for me to do now, so I’m on my way to write down my master’s degree paperwork. It will take a lot of my time these days I supousse, but I know it’s worth it.

I think I’m gonna set it as my personall challange at the moment. I need this not just because of holidays we’re planing – I need this for myself to feel better. Be more organized, have good habits, shake the stres away…
So from tomorrow on, an hour walk per day and some work out at home. Let’s say an hour also. Hope I won’t be to tired to do that, especially tomorrow. They say, first 3 weeks should be enough to rise a habit. Let’s see, if they right.
