all over again

So I’m doing this all over again – was this close to accomplish this goal, but stopped somewhere in between – and now I’m reading it all over again – from the begining. Hopefully, this will be my last reading of this! ;)

Pregnancy pilates

So I’m at the moment at 24 week with my first pregnancy – feeling quite good, didn’t gain that much weight (at about 10 kg by now) – and I’m trying this pilates workout program, that I found on YT recently. Till today, I was only taking walks – if weather was fine – at least for an hour a day. Today I added half hour of exercises and it feel quite good, I was actually tired after doing it. Hope, this will be a good way to shape a little my arms and maybe legs – but I promise nothing to myself, as I know, I might have to stop doing this…
Hopefully that won’t be necessary!

Let's say I'm done!

I throw away all those of my recipies that I already have in my head or book, the rest of them (specially cake’s recipies) I’ve written down to speccial book of my recipies. At the moment I don’t have anymore recipies to organize :D



learn to knit socks (read all 2 entries…)
I did it!

Well, it took me almost two years to do it – of course the hardest part was the heel, and I just couldn’t finish my sock because of it. But finally, I found this step-by-step movie on YT and watched it like 100 times till I got it!
Now I have to knit like 10 pairs of socks till X-mass, because I’d like to make it as a present to my family – this will make me remember how to do a sock forever I guess ;)

Day 1.

CW: 75.1 kg
GW: 65 kg (in approximately 35 day – starting tomorrow)

Day 1 as getting ready to changes. I talked to my husband today, we just sat and talk about how hard this is for me to do it by myself. How disappointed he is every time he sees me breaking the rules again and again. Rules that I’ve made for myself and by myself – no one force me to do it, and still I broke them anyway time after time. He wants to help me, he really do. So we manage to write down two things as a start – no more saying “Ah, let it be, I don’t care etc.” – instead we will say “Who said I can’t do that? So I’ll show him/her I can!” (I’m not sure I got those right in english – maybe you’ll get the point).

I know what I have to do. Start step-by-step everyday life with the diet. No more excuses, just do what you have planted to and go for it – be happy about it. Be happy, because you can manage your life just how you like it – with nobody telling you what you have to do and when. It’s really a blessing to be able to do that – and it’s really easy to do – so let’s do it!

I’ll weight in myself first thing tomorrow morning. And that I’ll do every saturday’s morning to see the progress.

I just deleted all my previous entry's at this goal...
... I just couldn’t look at them anymore – each of them was about starting again & again – maybe 2 or 3 was about actually loosing some weight. But it’s over now. It stops here. I just HAVE to do something with my overweight and that’s it! No more excuses, no more don’t feel like doing it, just do it, day by day, week by week, month by moth, till I’m done!


Went to trek today with my husband. After 6 h of constant trek-walk we were able to back to where we started – we did about 20 km round. And it’s my first day of period, so I’m barely standing… But it was worth it – it always is!

Yesterday I sat and wrote down my solutions with this goal – at the moment I’d like to lose +/- 20 kg from my current weight – and I want to do it with 2 big-parts program.
each of them contains 5 weeks (35 days) of diet, exercise and generaly taking care of my body.
In first 5 weeks part I’d like to lose 8-10 kg (this is 1 kg-1,5 kg per week) – next 5 weeks will be the same, but I realize, that at that time I’ll probably lose weight slower, so let’s say 5-8 kg. This is resonable and I think I can do it – it’s just the matter of selfmotivation, I guess.
So, starting today, I’m on straight low IG diet with 4 time a week activity, 10 glass of water (tea) per day and no eating past 7.00 p.m.

soo stupid

I just realize, that I’m reading the third tome, instead the second one… I have to go back and read it all once again (I’ll probably forgot what’s in the 3rd when I finish the second :P ) Stupid me. But after all, this is a great lecture.

it's been a while...

...since my last entry. Since september last year, twice a week I’m doing this great work out on my fitness classes. But stil, don’t eating right, so maybe I’m in better shape than used to, but still got those few kg’s to loose.
Maybe I add some swimming and running?

this was supposed to be my main target in 2006.. Well it wasn’t. But I think, I can do it this summer. I just have to save some money, that’s all.



Watch AFI's 100 movies
so far

1. Citizen Kane

So far I’ve manage to force my husband to watch Citizen Kane with me. I have to do it by force with him, because, as he clamed, it wasn’t his type of movie, but as the story goes, he liked more & more. We even talked about it for a day or two, it really stick to our minds. Great movie.

Some movies from the list I’ve seen during the years, but I think that to be honest with myself and this goal, I have to watch them again. And so, next on my list is Godfather. I’m pretty sure, that on this I won’t be forcing anybody to watch it ;)
