Water indeed is a big help. I started drinking 1 glass before meals and I have an amazing digestion. I feel vibrant when drinking a glass of water every now and then. I used to drink iced tea before but water is simply the best way to hydrate. I have a nice sleep as well. I only drink cereal drink for breakfast and a fruit and I don’t feel dizzy in the morning but I eat solid meal during lunch and light on dinner and milk before going to sleep.

How I did it: It took us two hours from Cebu City to Hagnaya reef on a bus. From the reef we rode on a barge going to the island for about 45 minutes. Today Aug 1, 2009, I weigh 110 lbs. I started drinking more water than I used to. Before meals, I drink one glass of water, which does the trick, it made me feel full and take a minimal amount of food every meal. This blog also reminds me to be true to my self not just for the sake of blogging but a reminder to keep me going. If my mind is telling me to eat snack, I drink iced tea, water or yogurt. Normally, I am reading recipe online and cookbooks, I change that habit coz it makes me cook and tadaaa, I ate what I cook. I decided to switch hobbies, which is reinventing my old dress. For now that’s my alternative. I wish next week, I cut 5 lbs…at least :-).
For the last 3 years, I’m having a hard time choosing a nice dress for the company’s year end or Christmas party. No matter how simple the theme for the party, it’s so hard to find a dress to hides those curves. I’m planning to resign next year and this would be the last Christmas party with the company.
