I know that I will always have a tendency to think too much, I have now learned ways of stopping it when I need to, and so can just enjoy an active head.
I went to Paris last weekend, and found that actually it all came back very quickly, I even went to the theatre and could follow the dialogue.
Rather pleased with myself.
Some baby steps on this one, I have learned a couple of techniques that help me to relax before I go to sleep, and get my brain to slow down, which is a great start.
