How many times has someone told me I looked pretty, or thinner, or just something nice? I have never given a thank you, but instead went straight into a debate of how they are wrong. It always turns into an awkward silence reflecting how much of an idiot I can be at times.

I am 22 and I am STILL receiving child’s cookbooks from my mother on Christmas. Worst part is that I haven’t even used them yet! I would really love to learn how to cook a delicious meal for my housemates before commencement. My roommate Mac once stated: “Living with a girl I thought that I would have more home cooked meals!” Boy was he ever wrong! I eat raw vegetables, canned foods, frozen foods, and anything out of a box.
I have lived life thus far collecting too much junk. Whether it be clothes, bags, souvenirs, acquaintances, anything to distract me from my goals. I spend so much time organizing my life then actually living in it. My goal is to spend more time with my best friends, shop for what is only needed, and to live life to the fullest, simply, and completely.
