I love chewing ice, but I know it’s terrible for me. Its a terrible habit, but it’s at the point now where I can’t stop, anyone have any suggestions of what to chew on instead?

How I did it: I did as many extra curricular activities, focused and payed attention. Didn't have much of a social life but had my best friends stick by me. Oh and was friendly with favorite teachers. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I checked into a rehabilitation clinic, not for ice chewing!, for depression and lot of the blood tests I took came back with the results of severely low iron and red blood cell platelets. Chewing ice is a side effect that may be directly caused by anemia, an iron deficiency. So I was prescribed iron supplements while in treatment, I had little access to ice and the cravings stopped after a few weeks. Hope this helps. Read how I did it…
