I’m drinking more water than I use dto, but I still need to drink more. I remind myself to drink it by leaving a glass of it on the kitchen counter, right next to my soda.

How I did it: I have to take prescrition medication daily. I sort them in a weekly pill case, and I just added vitamins to it for each day of the week. As long as I remember to take my meds daily, the vitamins are right there with them. Read how I did it…
I am failing meserably at this goal! I haven’t been to the gym yet, keep making excuses. I know once I start I’ll enjoy it, it’s just a matter of getting there the first time.
Twighlight and The Green book are done. I feel kind of like I’m cheating by adding the later to my list htough. It’s a fairly short book with tips on how to be greener, with the last 1/4 of it being referance listings.
I’m reading New Moon and Pirates now. Pirates is actually a history book, thought it might be fun to read.
