I have liked this guy I work with for a couple months now. I’m pretty sure he likes me too but I’m just way too scared to make the move. We used to take our breaks together everytime we worked together. He always looks at me all the time and when my dad comes in he always ask about me. The only problem is there is an age difference but that bother me at all. People at work think that he likes me too but they think he’s too scared cause I will think he’s creeping cause of our age. I really want to say something but im too chicken. I just need to grow the balls and do it.
I’m nineteen years old and before I never would have guessed I would be living on my own at this stage in my life. When I first moved out I only got the place so my boyfriend at the time would have somewhere to stay when he got out of jail. It was a complicated situation. I lived with my best friend stephen who did not have a job. That was the first mistake I made. Never live with someone who cant help with the bills. I didn’t want to live by myself so that’s why he moved in with me. After a couple months I kicked him out for helping me and my other friend who had a job moved in. She helped with the bills and house work. After a month she went back to her boyfriend and left me with the bills for the apartment by myself which I couldn’t afford. After three months of living on my own I was stuck to move back home. I went back home broke, heartbroken, but wiser.
I learned so much living out on my own. I learned a lot about my friends, life, but most importantly myself. I changed a lot since I lived at home last. I learned it’s hard to trust people when you live with them. I am definitely going to be more careful when I move out next. The whole time I was living at my apartment it was one big party all the time. My apartment was the place to hang out at. But when it came down to it the bills were more important. I didn’t figure that out til after I was broke. I wouldn’t go back and change anything that I did. Living there was one of the best times of my life. I learned so much and I don’t regret nothing. And I’m currently trying to move out again but this time out of town. So time for round two =)
